徐东升,武汉理工大学教授,博士生导师,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,武汉理工大学基建处副处长(挂职),武汉理工大学基础设施智能感知与安全防护中心主任。长期从事珊瑚礁工程地质方向的研究,在南海岛礁工程安全与防护和智能感知技术等方面的取得了一系列的成果,近年来主持了国家自然科学基金3项、中央等企业科研项目10余项。在国内外重要期刊发表学术论文50余篇,其中1作/通讯SCI论文35篇,Scopus H因子为17,论文多次被评选为期刊封面论文;授权发明专利8项、软件著作权10项,应邀做国际学术大会专题报告1次、国内学术会议/论坛特邀报告18次,获湖北省青年科技晨光计划奖励,现为国际工程地质与环境学会-海洋工程地质委员会理事,中国土木工程学会土力学港口分会理事,中国岩石力学与工程学会地质与岩土工程智能监测分会理事和党委委员,湖北省土木建筑学会地下空间专委会理事等。
