 (I) Training Objectives

     Focusing on the key fields of information technology in short supply of national talents such as modern communication, information processing, artificial intelligence, electronic circuits, etc., cultivate innovative and leading scientific and technological talents with patriotism, political integrity, strong academic ambition, strong professional interest, physical and mental health, committed to solving national strategies, major needs, and key core bottleneck technologies, with international perspectives, and the same competitiveness as the world's first-class universities.Train students to understand the frontier of information and communication engineering discipline and its development direction, and understand the frontier dynamics of cross-research between this discipline and other disciplines, master the basic theory of information and communication engineering discipline and professional knowledge related to the research direction, gain the ability to independently engage in information and communication engineering discipline or cross-disciplinary academic research, as well as related product research and development.
